How SMS credits work.

Every reminder costs credits. Here is exactly how many, so the numbers on your plan mean what you think they mean.

BANGLA SMS 2 CREDITS

200 credits = 100 Bangla messages

A Bangla SMS costs two credits because Bangla text takes more room in a message. The phone network charges it as two.

Credits arrive every month

Basic adds 200 and Pro adds 800 each time you pay for a month. Free's 20 credits are given once, when you register.

Need more? ৳1.50 a credit

Buy extra credits any time, on any plan. 100 credits cost ৳150.

They never expire

Unused credits stay on your account and carry into the next month. Credits are not refundable.

Pricing questions.

What happens when I hit my member limit?

You can't add new members until you upgrade. Existing members and all your data are untouched.

Do unused SMS credits roll over?

Yes. Credits don't expire. Whatever you don't use stays on your account.

Can I pay yearly?

Not yet. Each payment covers 30 days.

What if I stop paying?

You get five days' grace, then the account goes back to Free. Nothing is deleted.

Can I get a refund?

No. Plan payments and SMS credits are non-refundable.

Is there a contract?

No. Each 30 days stands alone. Pay again only if you want to keep the plan.
