Terms of service

By registering a gym on GymGhor, you agree to these terms. “We” means GymGhor. “You” means the gym and the owner account that registered it.

1. The service

GymGhor is web software for managing a gym's members, payments, reminders, attendance and expenses. It is provided as-is. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

2. Paying for a plan

• Each payment buys 30 days of the plan you choose.
• Plans do not renew automatically. Nothing is charged unless you choose to pay.
• Payments are not refundable. This includes SMS credits.

3. When a plan lapses

If you don't pay again when your 30 days end, you get five days' grace on the same plan. After that, the account drops to Free.

Dropping to Free never deletes your data. Every member, payment and record stays. Free plan limits then apply to what you can add and use.

4. Messages to your members

You are responsible for every SMS you send through GymGhor, whether you send it yourself or it goes out as an automatic reminder you set up.

You must have the right to message each member — for example, because they gave you their number when they joined.

5. Acceptable use

Use GymGhor to run your gym. Don't use it to:

• store or send anything illegal;
• send spam, or messages to people who aren't your members or leads;
• try to access another gym's data, or interfere with the service.

6. Suspension

We can suspend an account that breaks these terms, is used for abuse, or has not paid for what it uses. Where we can, we'll tell the owner account first and explain why.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
