Privacy policy
This policy describes how GymGhor works today, in plain language. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and may change before it is final.
GymGhor is software that gyms use to manage their members, payments and attendance. This page explains what information we hold, who can see it, and what happens to it.
1. What we store
We store three kinds of information:
- Gym details — your gym's name, address, settings, plan and billing history.
- Staff accounts — the name, login and permissions of each person you give access to.
- Member records you enter — names, phone numbers, addresses, emergency contacts, photos, payment history and attendance.
2. Your members' data belongs to you
The gym owns the member records it enters. We store and process that data on the gym's behalf, to provide the service. We don't sell it, and we don't use it to contact your members for our own purposes.
Because you collect this information from your members, you are responsible for telling them you keep it and why.
3. Who else receives data
Payments. When you pay for a GymGhor plan, the payment is handled by SSLCommerz. We never see or store your card details. We only receive confirmation that the payment went through.
SMS. When you send an SMS to a member, our SMS provider receives that member's phone number and the text of the message, so it can deliver it. Nothing else from the member's record is sent.
4. Who can see your gym's data
Your staff. You decide, page by page, what each staff account can open. Every change made in the system is recorded in an audit log, with who made it and when.
Us. GymGhor's platform operators can access a gym's data when it's needed to give support or fix a problem. That access is logged.
5. When a plan lapses
Your data is never deleted because a plan lapses. After five days' grace the account drops to Free, and every member, payment and record stays where it is.
6. Exporting or deleting your data
On any plan, the gym owner or a manager can export the gym's members, payments, attendance and expenses as CSV files from Settings, at any time. Exporting your reports as CSV is a Pro feature.
On any plan, the gym owner can email us to ask for a copy of the gym's data, or to have the gym's data deleted. We'll confirm the request with the owner account before acting on it. Deletion can't be undone.
